Our Textile Engraving System Software and Controllers are used by OEM manufacturers worldwide to produce high performance rotary drum engraving machines for Textile rotary screen printing. The OEM develops the mechanical system, select the laser beam equipment, and integrate our software apps and motion controllers to develop the rotary engraving control system.

The figure below shows a typical Laser Engraver machine block diagram using Vital System's engraving software and motion controller.

The user loads the image to engrave on the drum on the PC software, which streams the picels to the controller hardware over ethernet port. The PC software also allows setting of different paramters of the engraving system. The system allows a wide range of DPI, eg 720. Higher DPIs like 2K and even 4K is possible if your laser equipment supports it.
