Our Textile Engraving System is used by OEM manufacturers to develop and sell high performance rotary drum engraving machines for rotary screen printing. The OEM develops the mechanical system, select the laser beam equipment, and integrate our TextilePro rotary engraving control system.

The figure below shows a typical Laser Engraver machine connection using TexPro.

You will need to use our software with our motion controllers in your Laser Engraver project, or we can create a dedicated software solution tailored to your application. Our custom-made software is fast, accurate, and user-friendly. Here is an example of our software in the application of laser engraving:

Step 1: In the main screen upload the image of pattern and set the parameters according to the requirements.

Step 2: In the configure screen specify motor settings and engraving settings.

Step 3: In the configure screen observe the status of operation.

Step 4: Once the operation is complete, the output image is displayed and if it matches with the input image, the engraving will be done properly in the laser engraver as well.
