Overview
HiCON CPU/OEM (pn7752) is an Ethernet based 6-axis motion controller designed for companies that can build thier own cutomized breakout board. HiCON provides excellent integration with Mach3 and Mach4 CNC software proven by several end users since 2011. Utilizing the latest 32-bit Microchip technology, HiCON offers a comprehensive set of features for your motion control and CNC applications.
For starters, we provide a simple breakout baord 7775 in order for you to test some of the capabilities of the motion controller before investing resources on building your own comprehensive breakout board. - 9 Differential Quadrature Encoder Inputs. 32-Bit Resolution
- 4 Mhz Max Encoder frequency. Encoder resolution multiplied by 4 thru Hardware.
- 2 Channel Analog Inputs, Range 0-3.3Volts, 12-bit Resolution
- 72 Digital I/O (48 Inputs & 24 Outputs)
- Ethernet 100Mb connectivity using TCP/IP interface.
- Dedicated limit and estop sensor inputs for ultra-fast system disarm
- Modes of Motion: Point-to-Point, Linear and Circular interpolation, Jogging, Electronic Gearing, Feedrate Override
- .NET Managed Library for C#, C++, and VB.NET Software Developers.
- Standalone Operation by programming the unit with BASIC programming language for high-speed I/O processing.
- High-performance implementation of MPG for stepper motors.

Mach4 CNC Software
Mach4 is an excellent PC-based software solution for CNC. When paired with a HiCON motion controller, it creates a state of the art CNC solution for machine-shops as well as industrial applications.
